I would ask yourself whether you would rather have higher resolution and framerate or the versatility and portability of the Switch? There's no right answer! However, the Switch version looks great and I hope it sells well. the symphonic OST was the most important addition to the Switch, which can be fixed with said mod. I recently asked myself this question and decided to stick with the PC version (with orchestra mod) because I would prefer higher resolution and framerate and I wouldn't be playing it in handheld much.
